Filled with a love for all things bold and trendy, I grew up in St. Matthews, South Carolina and I came from a long line of creatives.
With a father who was a musician and a mother who was a hairstylist with a passion for crafting, I like to believe that creativity runs in my DNA.
As a child, I was always encouraged to express my creativity and I truthfully haven't been able to put the paint brush down since I picked it up - Seriously, I keep a sketch book by my bed for when inspiration hits!
In 2002, I left my full-time job to follow my dreams and have yet to regret it.
I started off selling small personalized pieces at home shows. It wasn’t long until I became locally known for my hand-lettering and hand-painted ornaments! Since that time, my style has evolved and my business has significantly grown. In addition to the personalized designs that kicked off my career, I have moved into painting more fine art pieces, graphic design, and even patterns for products!
Regardless of the medium, my art has always been a manifestation of what’s in my heart and soul. My inspiration is found in nature and almost everything around me! It’s my hope that through my art you feel the same joy as I had when creating it.
